  • Buying fabric for Gail’s mother
  • The Alfama is prepping for the Saint Anthony festivities

I have found a perfect balance in life splitting time between Texas (winter) and Maine (summer)...usually. I love to travel and have visited many different countries, immersing myself in the culture and history of each place. When I am not traveling, I spend time cooking, reading, and gardening.

      The sardines were quite good. The salt and the grill definitely makes them taste better, grill off a lot of that oil!
