Gail and I hit up the Boca Coffee Lab this morning. The flat white was one of the best I have had and the breakfast was what I needed to get my day going. You can see the Portuguese Basil plants in image 1 (right next to the gorgeous flat whites). Looking out the window, there is also a great sculpture in a small park.
After heading back home and a quick change, I headed off for a 50 min run to the ocean and back.
